About Me

Hello, my name is Michael Benefiel. I'm currently a Sr. Customer Success Engineer at Tealium located in San Diego.
Over the last three years, I've become a go-to technical expert for all things pertaining to our Customer Data Hub.
I take great care to ensure I'm providing our customers with best-of-class solutions.
Whether it's debugging client-side JavaScript, implementing server-side APIs or standing up POCs and real-world implementations.
-----
I was recently honored to be named 2021 NA Value Engineer & NA Customer Success Engineer of the Year by Tealium.
-----
Additionally, I have experience working in several industries, primarily: entertainment, politics, the non-profit sector and healthcare.
My eclectic professional background has turned me into an agile and adaptable individual with an affinity for problem solving.
-----
On my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family; especially our daughter, Evie, who we welcomed into the world on October 19, 2021.
-----
Below you will also find a few side projects I've worked on in the past.
While these may be a tad outdated, I think it demonstrates where I was at in my journey just a few years ago.
I'll forever be a student in many ways: always learning, growing and looking for my next challenge.
